Watertown Association for Youth Soccer (WAYS) was established to promote the principles of good sportsmanship and fair play through the game of soccer, and to provide a solid foundation for a long-lasting love for the game of soccer among all participants. We are dedicated to the positive growth and development of every player — to help them achieve their fullest potential on the playing field and as responsible young citizens in the community.

WAYS is a member of the Northwest District of the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association and US Youth Soccer. As such, we operate under the rules of those governing bodies.
